Why are there two ordering platforms? 

We created the Sweetish Wholesale's direct platform to accommodate folks who are not currently active on Faire.com, or prefer not to utilize that business to business site. We are happy to support all businesses as best as we can! 

What is the difference between Faire and Sweetish Wholesale Direct?

Here are some notes to help you determine which ordering platform is best for you:

Faire First-Time Discount 

Any retailer who's new to Faire and signs up through our direct link also gets a sign-up offer which includes a discount and 1 year of free shipping to Sweetish’s shop on Faire. Accounts MUST be created through the direct link for the offer to apply. 

Faire Insider Partner 

Faire offers free shipping for Faire Insider members’ qualifying retailers. If you are a Faire Insider, we recommend taking advantage of that free shipping option if you’re able! 

Net Terms & Credit 

Faire's net terms extend up to 60 days from the date of invoice. This means that retailers have 60 days to pay for their orders.

Sweetish Wholesale's direct platform does not offer net terms currently. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed to be added to the order queue. 

 

What is the order minimum? 

$500.00. 

International Shipping 

Any orders shipping outside of the United States must use our Faire ordering platform. This helps abide by international customs/shipping requirements! 

What is Faire Insider? 

Insider is Faire’s monthly paid membership program for retailers. US retailers who sign up for the membership program will receive the following benefits on faire: Free shipping on thousands of brands, selected by Faire. Some require a minimum order of $300 to qualify. You do not have to be an Insider to place an order through Sweetish Wholesale’s Faire site! 

How do I report damaged or missing items for orders placed on Sweetish Wholesale Direct?

Please reach out to wholesale@sweetishcandy to report any missing or damaged items for orders placed through Sweetish Wholesale direct to coordinate a refund or replacement item.
