Shipping and Import Compliance 

At Sweetish Wholesale, we exclusively ship our products within the United States. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all products purchased from us comply with U.S. federal and state laws, including applicable import regulations, safety standards, and any restrictions on food products.

If you are an international customer, your order must be processed and shipped through our Faire account, no exceptions. 

Sweetish Wholesale is not responsible for the legal compliance of products if they are transported, resold, or distributed outside of the United States. If you choose to export or distribute our products internationally, you assume full responsibility for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country, including any tariffs, duties, or restrictions. Any such actions are entirely at your own risk, and Sweetish Wholesale will not be held liable for any issues arising from the transport, resale, or redistribution of our products outside U.S. borders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be intended for international shipment or resale in regions where our products may be restricted or prohibited.

Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase from Sweetish Wholesale meet all legal requirements in the state or jurisdiction where they will be used or sold. Sweetish Wholesale assumes no liability for products that do not comply with specific local regulations.

Shipping Services  

Sweetish utilizes real-time shipping rates provided by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Customers may request to use their own UPS or FedEx account number for shipping; however, Sweetish does not guarantee that this request will be fulfilled.

Shipping Costs 

The customer may select a preferred shipping service at checkout. If a free shipping option is available, Sweetish reserves the right to choose the most cost-effective service at its discretion.

Flat Rate Handling Fee

A flat handling fee of $10.00 will be applied to each order. To minimize breakage, some items originally packaged in plastic containers may be repackaged into resealable bags to better protect product integrity. Additionally, Sweetish uses reinforced shipping boxes to further secure items during transit. In alignment with our commitment to reduce packaging waste in the candy industry, we utilize eco-friendly, water-soluble packing peanuts.

Freight LTL Shipping

Freight LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping is available upon request. For more information and a quote, please contact us at wholesale@sweetishcandy.com. Freight charges will be added to the customer’s invoice, unless the customer elects to arrange pickup and designate a carrier. Please note that certain destinations may require special arrangements, such as refrigerated transport or remote-access services. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders, supplementary services, or any delivery requirements either requested by the customer or determined necessary by the carrier (including lift gate service, inside delivery, restricted access, scheduled delivery appointments, and notifications).

Cold Shipping 

Certain items may require cold shipping to preserve product quality. If cold shipping is necessary, applicable fees will be added to the order.

Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Quality Issues: If there is a problem with the quality of the product you received, please contact us immediately to request a return authorization.
  • Shipping Damages: If your shipment was damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours to request a credit or refund.
    — Please provide a copy of the Bill of Lading with noted damages and the driver’s signature.
    — Photos of all damaged items are required.
    — For shipments by truck, damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Claims without these notations cannot be accepted.
  • Incorrect Items: If the wrong item was sent, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge if it is in-stock. Otherwise, we will refund you the amount of the wrongful item or add a credit to your account for future use. Please provide photos of the unopened incorrect item.

Return Authorizations and Process
All returns require a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. Once a return is approved, items must be shipped back to us or be available for pickup within 48 hours. Any credit issued will be calculated on a per-unit basis and will only cover the value of the damaged or incorrect product.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be ineligible for return, including perishable goods, items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery, and products not in their original, unused condition unless otherwise specified.

Limitations of Liability
Sweetish's liability is strictly limited to either the replacement of the product or issuance of a credit as outlined above. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product defects, delays, or issues arising from shipping, regardless of cause.

Credits and Refunds
Credits for returned or damaged items are issued based on the unit price at the time of purchase and are applicable solely toward future purchases. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion and according to Sweetish's policies.

Governing Terms
By making a purchase, you agree to these return and credit terms. Sweetish reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, as permitted by applicable law. In case of disputes, all claims will be governed by the laws of the state in which Sweetish operates.
